"What", you say," isn't that what the 'What's New' page on the site is about?" Yes and no. The Web page is for those people who have it bookmarked and who regularly scan our pages, as many of the site visitors do. However, there are many more who are very busy and for whom the thought of scanning web pages is anathema. For those people, the Newsletter is a quick and painless way to learn about site updates in the course of getting their regular email. We aim to please as many of our visitors as possible. Just to make the e-Newsletter a bit more useful for every one, we added a section to the newsletter with reviews of meetings and books. That feature is not part of the 'What's New' page for the month. Then to make it all even more useful we archive the pages on the 'News' page of the Web site along with a jolt of current news of technology in a little sidebar. The archived TemperatureSensorNews pages also feature an added bonus of active weblinks to the sites referenced in the web version. How do you sign up? Simple. Go the the Newsletter's own website and click on subscribe! Fill in the email address and you'll be mailed a password unique to you and to which the issues will be sent. We'll ba adding special features for registed subscribers as time passes. They'll be mostly free special downloads.
